Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. The cutoff time for same day shipping is 2PM/EST on both days. Any orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following shipping day excluding holidays. 
Orders typically take 2-3 business days to arrive once they are shipped. Shipping times may be delayed during the holidays. Be sure to follow us to stay up to date on any changes in our shipping schedule.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please thoroughly examine your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damages, and photos within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to send a replacement at no cost. If your request exceeds the 5 day mark, a replacement item(s) will not be sent to you.
