WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Orders are shipped on Mondays and Fridays. The cutoff time for same day shipping is 2PM/EST on both days. Orders placed on a Monday or Friday before 1PM/EST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after the cutoff time will be shipped the following shipping day excluding holidays. Be sure to follow us on social media to stay updated on any changes in our shipping schedule.

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive once they are shipped. Shipping times may be delayed during the holidays.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please thoroughly examine your package upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damages, and photos within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to send a replacement at no cost to you. If your request exceeds the 5 day mark, a replacement item(s) will not be sent to you.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Accepted payments include cash, Cashapp, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit or debit card. When booking a service, a deposit is due at checkout. The remaining balance is due at the time of service,
